An assistant that answers the way you would

It answers whoever writes to you with what your company actually says, asks what you need to know and hands you the lead with the conversation. What it does not know, it does not make up: it passes it on to you.

What I do

01

It knows what your company knows

Your website, your product sheets or your documentation. It answers with that and nothing else, and links to the right page.

02

It qualifies without pushing

It asks just enough —who they are, what they need, by when— and hands it to you summarised. You decide who to talk to first.

03

It hands you the lead

With consent given at that moment and the whole conversation. If you want, with a first outline of how to approach it.

04

With brakes

Usage and spending caps, and alerts about abuse or attempts to bypass its instructions. It always introduces itself as a virtual assistant.

05

And a dashboard to look at it

What people ask, from which page and what they cannot find: what your website is missing, in your customers’ words.

How we work

Four steps and no surprises: at every point you know what comes next, what you get and what it costs.

  1. Let's talk

A first review of your project, about 30 minutes and free: you tell me what you need, what you already have and what worries you. No commitment, no jargon.

You get: An honest view on whether it is feasible and where I would start.

  2. I propose a plan

In writing and in stages: what I will do, what you get in each one and what it costs. Depending on the project, it is agreed as a whole or stage by stage, always before that stage starts.

You get: A proposal with scope, stages and the price of each.

  3. We move in milestones

You see and test partial deliveries. No black boxes opened at the end.

You get: Prototypes and versions you can hold and test.

  4. I leave it running

Files, documentation and support during commissioning. And I am still around afterwards.

You get: Source files, documentation and someone to call.

Questions I often get

Can it get things wrong?

Yes, like any AI. That is why it only answers with your information, never gives prices or commitments, and passes on to you what it does not know.

Where does my customers’ data go?

We agree on it at the start: which AI service it uses, what is stored and for how long, and what your privacy notice says. Contact details do not need to go through the AI.

How much does it cost to run?

It depends on how much it is used; with a light model, each question costs a fraction of a cent. We set a daily cap so there are no surprises.

Shall we talk?

Tell me where you are and what worries you. You will hear back from me, not from an automated form, with how I would approach it and, if it fits, a proposal in stages with a fixed price for each.
